I have been going to this salon for 2 years (Jeff the owner does my hair) and I LOVE it! He is fantastic and his staff are courteous and attentive. I do not agree with the other reviews posted hear at all! My hair is bleached and I always leave his salon with shiny healthy long hair! Other salons i've been to would always break my hair and leave it damaged, Never had that experience at this salon! Thanks for the great job Jeff and wonderful customer service.
First of all, this salon belongs in the mall with the rest of the horrible salons. Yellow orange should get off their high horse. TERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRIBLE hair cuts, colour ..UPDO's I was part of a bridal party and we got our hair done there- 4/5 girls hated their hair. They had to get their hair redone at another salon. $$$$ down the toilet. They weren't careful with the colour, I had it all over my forehead and the girl just slapped it on my hair. The colour turned out ok (hard to mess up dark brown hair) but the dye was all over my collar, my shirt got wet when the girl washed my hair- very sloppy! Hair cuts- Un-even, i didn't get what i wanted! A good stylist listens to what their client wants and does it. Esthetician- Got my nails done there once too and it was the worst EVER! You are better off doing your own nails. I don't recommend this salon to anybody!

Dearest Alison25. First of all, hiding behind the internet by not telling us your real name gives us some insight to the validity of your review. Secondly I have gone into our records to find this “wedding party" that was dissatisfied. What a surprise. There was no wedding party during July, Aug, Sept, or even Oct. that had an Alison in the party. In fact we called all the parties to be sure and what do you know, they were all very happy with the work done here. By the way, the next time you write a review about a business you might want to know a little about their policies and procedures. For instance, here at the yellow orange it's against our policies to color hair on the day of a wedding. When you do get any service done, we ask you to change into a smock. You also said that you had your hair cut and nails done the same day. It seems to me that to have all these services done on the same day... That’s a pretty long appointment especially for five (5) women. Now if you had these appointments previous to the wedding appointment, then why would you return for the bridal appointment? If you were able to just walk into another salon to "redo" all that work same day. It doesn’t sound like that salon was very busy

I HATE MY HAIRCUT!!! DANYAL CUT IT WAY TOO SHORT!!! AT THE CONSULTATION, HE SAID HE WAS ONLY GOING TO TEXTURIZE IT. I TOLD HIM SPECIFICALLY NOT TO CUT MY HAIR ANY SHORTER, BUT HE DID ANYWAY. HE BUTCHERED THE BACK AND THE SIDES!!! I TOLD HIM I DID NOT LIKE IT AT ALL AND WAS VERY UPSET. IT COST $68.25. I COMPLAINED TO THE OWNER AND ASKED FOR A REFUND. HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME REFUND. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE! STAY AWAY FROM YELLOW ORANGE IN AURORA - TERRIBLE HAIRDRESSERS AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
