I would NEVER go here again. I had I think it was the club house burger or something like that, and I asked for no mushrooms or tomatoes, so what did I get on it??? MUSHROOMS AND TOMATOES..
It took over 45 minutes to get my meal, and the waiter acted as though he was speedy about it.
Definitely do not go there... a waste of money, time, and valuable eating time as well
I ordered the fish and chips and wanted to replace the fries with a salad and was told no.Then the waiter asked the Manager who said it was a one dollar charge.
The fish was a frozen kind out of a box,the coleslaw was tasteless,the tartar sauce was from a bottle and the salad was limp and tastelss that looked like it was mixed that morning.I ended up getting fries as well after all and that was the best part of the meal.
I expected much better from a place such as this.VERY disappointed and will not return.
I have been in this buisness for 25 years and when I am told no,that I cannot replace fries witha salad,that is a big problem.The customer is who pays the wages and should be #1.The only reason I did not make a big fuss is because I respect yhe company I was in at the time.
Slow, rude, inexperienced service. Tasteless food, horrible presentation. Dirty table and washrooms. Received wrong orderS TWICE. Took just under 2 hours to get out of there. Couldn't find our bill, waitress claimed she gave it to us, then found it on another customers table. TOO ridiculous to get upset about it.
