Read the Gravy review.
Everything at our visit was fine, i have to admit though that the enviroment was alittle busy, but friendly staff, and a healthy bunch of pple in the resturant kept everything lively. read the actual review for this resturant and thoughts about the gravy, it is funny to note that kfc uses preasure fryers when making chicken and there is a collector at the bottom, when that becomes full of excess chicken batter they drain it and freeze the "crackling" (yes greese included) in the freezers with about 5-10 other bags, after all of this when they need gravy they heat it up, pour in some poweder, some water and yeehaw "gravy". as far as the lessons in gravy it's more cost effective to get it from the bag, not many resturants are going to go outta there way to make homemade gravy, your at a boston pizza, not a 5 star resturant, get over yourself and move on. the food is good, the servers are nice, and the place is booming.
