Had an elderly man wait for 45 minutes. A can came after he had called for one and just took a random different person leaving this elderly man waiting. I called A1 and told them to make sure whoever is picking people up to make sure it’s the right adress that was called for that they are suppose to bring people too. Just sad….45 minutes really???
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I called early morning last week for a cab and asked two questions. How much it would cost me from point A to point B and How long it would take for a cab to get to my location. As i was asking the second question the male dispatcher started to scream at me, saying I ask too many questions and then hung up on me. I was in shock and couldn't believe I was treated like that from a taxi company.
A1 Taxi should definitely take this serious for their business and retrain
I can honestly say that I have never encountered such disrespect and rudeness in my life. We will never use this cab company again.
I even tried calling the dispatcher to sort out an issue around payment and if possible, he was ruder than the driver. Never again.
driver was rude and impatient. he used the f word twice in front of my kids. he kept complaining about doing school fares and how much he didn't like it. he tried to suggest that I exit the cab before I got into the school yard because he didn't like the traffic going into the school. he was extremely rude, he screamed at the crossguard lady because he thought she was not letting the cars go fast enough. I don't think ill take A1 again
