If I could givw no stars and still make a review it would be zero stars! Visited sharkeys kids today to get my 4 year old and 2 year olds hair cut done. My daughter got a half hair cut. I was expecting it to be kid friendly since it is a kids hair cut place. Staff was nor very kid friendly and had no patience at all. The lady that started cutting my daughters hair forcefully was pushing her head down. Which was unacceptable. Both ladies were trying to restrain my daughter while she was crying to finish the haircut. This is not right! If you want your kids to be scared of a haircut go here otherwise stay far away!!
im giving an star because otherwise i can write a review but they costumer sevice is really awful,trief to book a party for my daughter,but maybe because is a wag jag coupon is not as good,i called the 26 of june to book a party,they told me someone will be calling me next day didn't happen so i call back and i have to give my info again, they didn't even know why i was calling for,so i left my info again,someone will be calling me soon because they were busy,nothing so i call back left a message i got a call back day after couldn't aswer so immediately call back and again haven't hear from them is JULY 7.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I don't understand how your business is still running. Rude people. I went twice and my kids didn't get the haircut. First time, the appointment disappeared from the system. Second time, because we were late for 10 min (nobody was in the hair salon at that moment), they wanted to reschedule again.... The attitude was very rude, not the way I will expect from a place which customers are kids. AVOID THIS PLACE
