Hey entire family uses Econotech. They are always honest, fair, and reasonable. We've never had any issues with them, and if on two occasions (tire didn't seal on rim, faulty breakpad from manufacturer) they rectified the situation and did right by me! I would recommend them to any one of my friends! Can't beat their prices either ($1500 quote in Hamilton done with them for about $1000).
Brought my 2010 Ford Escape to them that needed repair sway bar and shocks - saving me a few hundred dollars!
Great service and does some small stuff at no extra cost; greasing items and other minor details, it really shows they care about the service and your vehicle!
Unreliable service. Capable on some jobs and horrible on others. Be sure to verify the job once completed as I found a stripped bolt and incorrect installation. For simple jobs take your chances but on more complex jobs, I would recommend you avoid them.
