Love the small store but definitely discussing that they make you pay for carts in order to shop I will no longer be shopping there because of that I went there on a Saturday night because I was going to use PC points Plus my debit card and because I didn't bring any change I was pretty much was not able to shop and therefore they think helping a customer to create revenue for the store by giving a loonie for a cart is not importa
No Frills is my Go To store for everything. The staff are wonderful and very friendly ; however last week I was very disappointed. I realize the customer is 2 pack their own groceries and I did. I had approximately 12 - 15 items. I feel the young gentleman in this situation could have made an exception and assisted me. I had purchased a black square grocery bag so I wouldn’t need to use 2 plastic bags easier to carry. I have a broken arm and the young gentleman left and went to another. ?
I left my wallet at your store and you put it in the office for me no money missing all my cards were there. I wish I could give an award to the cashier who was so honest. I Love your store and thank you for everything you do for your customers.
Not only are the prices great but also the customer service is absolutely wonderful on. They really care about people in this store. I needed assistance when I was feeling faint and the young lady on cash promptly got me a chair and some water and treated me so respectfully. I was encouraged to take all the time I needed and she and my friend who had driven me there checked and bagged my groceries. I was understandably a little confused but the employee was so patient with me. Thank you so much.
