We love 123 - you would never know how good their food is by the look of its location or exterior but it really is the best Chinese Food in Cobourg. We always rely on them for Chinese.
Delicious Chinese food. I like the variety of their menu. My one tiny negative comment is they don't carry desserts. But this is not a problem because I always eat so much of the main dishes that I don't have room for dessert.
