Initially I felt the staff could have been friendlier. Then I thought the food was great until I witnessed poor hygeine practices in the kitchen. Upon a request for a plate I was given a lecture about how kids break plates and they're expensive. The food tasted great, but I won't be returning. Also for patrons with children: only one highchair, and no baby change table in their bathroom.
I've been a regular customer for awhile now, The 2 for $5 dollar 8oz FRESH homemade burgers are amazing! The bacon is real, and the cheese is shredded Cheddar melted onto the burger. You get to pick your toppings which have always been fresh & full every time I've been. The owners are very nice and talkative. One time the owner even brought me into the back to see how they are made, (very clean restaurant I might add) They've got so much to choose from and most of it is homemade! The breakfast is only $4.25 for 3 pcs of sausage, bacon or ham, 3 eggs, home fries and toast before 11:30am!!!! My Favorite burger joint in town that's for sure!
I just went in on the weekend with my family, I noticed on previous time that this location was buzzing with lot's of traffic,so we decided to go in. As we walked in we were greeted by a lady at the front as well as a young girl at the garnish area. At that moment it made me and my familly welcomed. We ordered the promo 2 for $5 deal as well as some homeade onion rings and some awsome milkshakes. I got to say after eating at Chubb N Checker --WOW!!! that was great. The whole family said it was a great experience. We will be back!! That is for sure. Great Meal ,Awsome price , Great staff.
