I've been a painter for 17 years and have never experienced such poor quality paint and lack of service ever. Rob is condescending and rude and the Benjamin moore reps couldn't care less about you. I will never use thier products again. Even home depots products perform better and they at least back thier products! No wonder the box stores are winning over the small business. Small businesses have forgotten about service!!!
Info required wasn't provided. To remain solution oriented I made suggestions that were met with verbally abusive accusations. I accepted the paint back for refund. Instead of returning the product, you called 3 hrs later to tell me you applied 4 coats of paint since we'd last spoken. I was surprised, as I told you the paint requires 2 hrs between coats, you resorted to abusive language. I never swore back at you during your tirades. I was not rude, you were!! Service remains our priority. Rob

I recently visited the Decorators Choice store at Innes Rd and was very pleased with the attentive service provided by the staff. There is a large selection of paints and wall coverings, but more importantly , very sound advice and decorating ideas. I was very happy with the colors selected and would recommend a visit for your next project.
