Ya sometimes they seem a little snotty but, they aren't a 5-star restaurant, and I am sure they deal with a lot of ungrateful people every day. Me I have had (ALL things considered) great helpful service with competitive pricing.

I had previously good experience in your service area but they never call back. After chasing after Danny for parts I needed and also getting quotes increased over the calls I gave up and went to Kia and another place for oil changes and maintenance
