Uno Stop Convenience

I used the Canada Post at this location and the clerk had the worst customer service. We did most of her job for her by carrying all the boxes to the back, even though I have never had to do this at another location before and we weren’t being paid to do this!! She wasn’t appreciative of our help and was very rude. I will not return to this place again.

Really bad store

Just got back from the store where I bought $20 worth of lotto 6/49 and a pack of cigarettes. Total came out to $30.09. When the lady saw I was going to use my Mastercard to pay, said she would charge $30.50 and that next time I should bring cash because they don't accept this method of payment for lotto and cigarettes. There was another lady there so I didn't want to make a scene, so I'm sharing my thoughts now.....in charging me an extra $0.41, she basically lost a customer. My wife and I spend an average of $100 to $150 per month at this store and it's funny to me that a business is willing to lose a good customer for $0.41. If charging extra for using a credit card is a policy of the business, they need to post that. In this case they didn't. She came up with a random number to charge me and I knew if I said what was really on my mind she probably would have not charged it. I find it much more rewarding to just never go back to that store and post a review like this. I guess I'll just go to one of the other hundred convenience stores near by from now on. Good job Uno Stop Convenience. LOL.
