Royal Oak Restaurant welcomes you to their pub. Their bar is the ideal location for after dinner drinks. They are open nightly all week. You can get there by car.
My husband and I have been a customer at the Oak on March Road since the first day they opened their doors. We have been patrons ever since, loved the staff for their friendly attitude, and the way they have cared over the years for their clients. Today this atmosphere has not changed and the staff, although younger are ever so caring and warm towards their customers. Cannot imagine going to a different establishment for a pub to relax in and enjoy the company of friends
Place is old and tired! Glasses are not cleaned and this establishment in general is a dirty mess. Draft beer is usually warm and flat. Food is average to say the least and highly over priced.
Don't expect fine dining but expect a fun small pub-like atmosphere. Good to start a night out or for large group gatherings (call ahead and they'll set you up!). Good tap selections and you can't go wrong with their wings. Deep fried pickles are too funny! Can't say too much about other food items (sorry - but too soggy) but service is friendly and they have their regulars.
