Ya I called for an estimate at the end of November. At that time I received a call back from an employee and was told that the owner Bob would be in contact with me in a couple of days to come give an estimate. I have since called a couple more times but we are at Christmas day now. And no call yet....
I have given up and someone else will get my money. I took the time to do this so that maybe you won't have to wait a month for Nothing!!!
Was told to expect a call back in a day or two. I'm currently on day seven. Just a minor repair so not high on prority list. A shame when you provided good service to me in the past. But that was for more $ so it makes sense now. For best service wait until late fall when they're hungry or you won't get service unless your job is of significant size. Will not deal here again.
