They made scratches on my car’s glasses and plastics A month ago, I had films applied to the two side windows and the result was bad. A month later, I left my car there for 4 hours to be filmed again. As they said that day, the result was much worse at the end of 4 hours. And they said they dismantled and tried 3 times. They said that if I left the car with them for another full day, I didn’t accept. anyways after they removed the tint I saw a lot of permanent scratches on windows

Who says breaking a mirror is bad luck? I took my problem to All-Brite and they turned it into a piece of good luck! Rather than replace the entire mirror, they suggested I reclaim a good sized piece of it for a coffee table reflective surface at I price that made me happy! I was out the door, smile on my face, before my complimentary coffee had time to cool! Thanks for the great idea and prompt service.

Wonderful experience on my Windshield replacement
My first review was to get a free can of window cleaner ( probably like most of the reviews) But the truth is that it took 3 times before my window tints were done right. I asked if they were going to compensate me for all my wasted time and money spent on gas. She said she would call when she found out. I never received a phone call. Very poor customer satisfaction.
I have made 3 purchases in the last few weeks. I purchased a specialty piece of glass and was very satisfied. The piece of plexi I bought I wasn't as happy with. It seemed to scratch easily and even smudge from trying to clean it. My windshield was installed very quickly and I haven' left the shop yet so at this point am not able to comment further.
What I found very pleasing was the manner in which they honoured their warranty on a pane of glass I had installed years ago. They were polite, efficient, and clean. Though the manager sounds gruff on the phone, he was very professional and was focused on making it right for me, though obviously they lost money on my window.

Never again will I visit this location. It took 4 visits to have windshield replaced, it would have been 5 as they had not set my third rear light in place (water was pouring in the back) - I had my husband repair this as I had no trust in the service techs. Front staff are courteous, service guys are very rude. Prices are very expensive - my mechanic confirmed this. Felt like they kept trying to 'snow' me with every conversation. Very unprofessional business.
