HUH.so currently i am eating mei kings chikan fried rice and chikan balls and i have to say i can not rate the servise / atmpsphere because i got delivery whitch cost me $7:50 and the toatle came to $50:52 and the food taste FAIR and i have to disagree with that the batter on the chikan balls is thik it rather is an EXTREAM amount of chikan compared to batter and the chikan fried rice is quite good ( lol and i have found no cats in my meal ) but anyway i would say it has a 3 and a half on this meal out 10 on the D-MAN scale
dry brittle eggroll and the worst cantonese chow mein I ever had...we were the only ones there at lunch hour which should have told me something...never again!
It is nice to find a place that you can get in and out of quickly, and that serves fresh vegetables (which were cooked perfectly!) The spring roll was a little greasy, but the lo mein was good, too. A kind smile on the server and a bright interior made the trip one I'll make again.
We haven't been there for a few years. Maybe we...
We haven't been there for a few years. Maybe we just hit them on an off night but the food was absolutely vile. The soup had a strange 'canned' type flavour to it - not bad as much as strange, nearly disconcerting. The lemon chicken consisted of burnt batter with next to no chicken; three small pieces and tons of dry brown rice. The rice literally stunk of smoke - it was really odd. We had that smell with us for the better part of the evening. We've never really seen anything like it before and, quite frankly, would just as soon not in future. This place is definitely off our list.
