I go here all the time for repairs and gifts, great service and advise. They really take the time to explain things and have so much knowledge, I didn't find that at any other jewellery stores.
I've been going to this store a lot over the years and they have never let me down. I buy all my Pandora from them, for the wife of course. I like that they have real gemologists and jewellers there.
This store is great. My family and I have been shopping at Branciers forever, even my parents and friends. I love that its family owned and they custom make stuff. I have had 4 pieces made there and even my wedding set re-worked after 26yrs together. Really unique designs which is how I wanted it.
Visited branson looking for a customized ring for a special occasion. Brancier made it very clear they were not interested in my business.
Will never go back there. Luckily there are other custom jewellers locally who understand customer service
