RUN FAR AWAY!! In Fall 2020 we had MechaniQ on Winston Churchill swap our all season tires with our winter tires. After a bad experience, we went elsewhere in the spring - only to find that MechaniQ removed a tire with a nail in the sidewall, and never told us! We also discovered they LOST the KEY for our Subaru locking lug nuts. When confronted, they had the audacity to deny it, and never apologized. The owner still hasn't called, despite an emphatic request for him to call.

My son and I were in the plaza beside Mike's Service Center with a flat tire and they stopped what they were doing to help us. I just want to say how nice and helpful these guys were to us in our time of need. I would definitely recommend this team!
