Stay away from R&R especially if you are going to them with a deal from any website. Extremely unprofessional in dealing with their customer. My appointment was cancelled and shifted multiple times. Once without my agreement and i was left waiting for hours. When i called the owner, this is what he had to say " I can do what i want, This is my business ".
I was shocked when he ended the conversation with " this is a groupon deal right ? go back to them and get refund . i dont feel like coming anymore "
VEry small company with a very small minded owner and crew. At this point i am happy i did not let them inside my house . A loss of of 40$ but an eye opener for me when it comes to choosing small businesses on websites.

Not only can you not get ahold of anyone on the phone, you're not even allowed to leave a message. The answering machine message does not sound professional and they say you must email them. Response time through email was 12 hours. Even though I specificed 'urgent' in the subject headline (it was a groupon deal that would expire at midnight) they didnt respond until 11:30pm (again, very unprofessional). When I made them aware of this fact, their response was very unprofessional.. made it sound like they dont have experiece dealing with a variety of customers. Now I see why they had to advertise on groupon!
