Although steamed rice may be eaten every day, the biryani (slow cooked with meat and spices in clay pots) and the vegetarian pulao, are often served on special occasions.
One of my all time favorite restaunts. To my tastes, it serves better Indian food than restaurants downtown Toronto. If I'm in Newmarket I can't escape going there for dinner. Thank goodness it's not closer to home or I'd never eat anywhere else. And no, I don't know the owners :)
Great food and great service! I appreciate not being bothered every 5 minutes by servers, and I found that the staff at India Time found perfect timing in regards to this.

A great restaurant. Don't understand why other people don't like it, the food is great and the service is fine. I have never had a problem with anyone there. I have been there a number of times and enjoy it every time.
I can't believe some of these reviews are for the same restaurant that I ate at. We have been there a few times, for both take-out and dine in and have enjoyed it every time. The food is delicious, very flavourful. The service has always been very good. I'm happy to give them my business.
