Customer Service Nightmare
Malibu came to fix an indent that appeared in 2013. In 2014 the indent re-appeared and they were amazed how it was fixed the first time without draining the water out of the pool and their “pool wizard” was a genius. He said they would work on it in the fall. Now they are not going to assist at all claiming the gentlemen that fixed it originally is no longer with the company so they aren't responsible and won't be exploring options to help. The poorest example of customer service in the area.
