Unwilling to help homeowners no matter what. Will not compromise. Will give you the run around if you ask them for something. Will avoid you if you try to call them and have their secretary continuously tell you they are out of the office. I was told by a reliable source that the President of my building has been avoiding me and my request like the plague (I want to use the amenities of my condo for my bridal shower). It's not like I've been paying condo fees for 5 months for nothing...
