I used to love going to the Owl. I am caucasian and have been going here since 2010 and tonight I just went with my boyfriend, and this is the last time I will ever go there!!! I experienced a night that topped the last time I had been there when we were seated by an older lady and then yelled at by another that wanted to seat an Asian group before us instead. So we had to get out of our seats after being seated and relocate. That was last time, this is what happened tonight (2 weeks later)...
Known for their pork bone soup, its reasonably priced, filling and delicious. This place is awesome because its 24hours, and they have decent korean menu. Great place to go after a night of drinking.
Pork bone soup with kimchi's good.
i like the tofu pot and spicy fried pork
Went there for late nite snacks, so they only serve 11 items. Def. will go back and try their normal menu. The Kum ja tan soup was good, feels like comfort food, but its too salty, maybe its towards end of nite, so they havent refill its water level yet! =) But the Bulgogi is great, comes on a sizzling dish....you have a guilty feeling for such heavy food at nite, but still eat with a grin coz its so yummy!
