Had a great experience working with Oleg and Alex. Had windows installed just in time for winter. I really appreciate their professionalism and being on time.

Sloppy, messy workmanship with an installer that thinks it OK for the water to pool by the window. Apparently hes been doing it that way for years. The wrong way! Capping not done correctly as it slopes inward collecting the water not outward. Installer has bad attitude, not open to criticism. Get someone else.

I bought 5 windows in 2008 this year the seals have been compromised. I called and was told by Demetrie that they did not manufacture the windows therefor they would not honor the warranty on the contract that states the windows are guaranteed for 25 years for all cost of defects & seal replacement. The contract does not stipulate that the windows are the responsibility of others. I would like Visage to honor the contract & replace all the sealed units in my windows. Bill

Like previous reviewer, I had issues within first week of install that have not been addressed almost a year later. Poor install, inferior product and no customer service! BEWARE

Many issues with new windows and door. Poorly installed. sloppy and messy. Many promises to fix but after more than 2 months nothing has been done and texts and phone calls go ignored. Had referred others to this company before knowing the issues and all 3 referrals have had similar problems - all are frustrated! AVOID THIS COMPANY!
