We don't like the new design as well as we liked the old. Also, the new manager has replaced ALL of the old servers (good servers!) and even some cooks and managers that once worked there, and they are nowhere near as efficient and polite, and the chicken is not cooked as well anymore. Too bad. This used to be a pretty good spot to eat.
I have a service dog and I have never had any problems with this restaurant. Service is fast. Staff are friendly and professional. Food is typically Swiss Chalet.

Every time we eat there the mess up our order.The chicken pot pie had one piece of chicken in it, the serving of mashed potatoes was less on adult serving than kids serving, the waitress rolled her eyes when asked for things. They need to pay more attention to their orders and have better customer service.
