    Terrible customer...

    Terrible customer service! The manager there is very rude and impatient. They don't really help you they just want you to spend. I definitely won't be going back.

    Worst place to get your eyebrows done.

    If you're looking for a place to get your eyebrows done this is not the place!!! I saw a sign when I was driving by that said eyebrow threading or waxing $11.95. I thought wow it's so hard to find a place that does eyebrow threading so let's give it a shot! I go in book my appointment, ASHLEY ROBINSON is the so called "aesthetician" who I trusted to do my eyebrows. She maybe threads for a good 5 seconds and then tweezes the rest.. I go home and realize that she has missed a big portion of my eyebrows! It didn't even look like they had been done so I went back and made her fix it. So I went through ASHLEY ROBINSON's and the cashier LINDSAY's sass in hopes of having some what presentable eyebrows. In the end one eyebrow is WAY thinner than the other, I could have done a much better job considering she didn't even thread. I paid $13.51 + a $2 tip to MISS ASHLEY I AM NOT AN ESTHETICIAN ROBINSON to have my eyebrows look like a 6 year old did them. I am so upset and I hope she loses her job because honestly this was the worst experience ever. TRADE SECRETS better and I mean BETTER loose that sign because they CANNOT THREAD or even DO eyebrows. DO NOT GO TO TRADE SECRETS.
