Allie Weeks RMT., CPT.
I graduated from the Massage Therapy Program with Honours from Georgian College in 2016, and have been practicing since January 2017. I worked at Cottage Country Massage and Wellness from January 2017 until September 2020 along side many talented and knowledgable health professionals. I am Registered and in Good Standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario.

Silicone Cupping
Soft Tissue Release (a similar technique to Active Release Technique, by providing movement into a stretch while applying pressure on a muscle)
Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)
Rock Blades (IASTM - Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization)
Certified Personal Trainer.
