Mixed feelings, read the great reviews and it was recommended by a friend so got there with great expectations. Place was nicely decorated. Service was very slow though the waitress was very friendly. The Sopa Azteca is not really Sopa Azteca, very nicely presented and not bad taste but more a chicken broth with tortillas than the real thing. Tacos al pastor were tasty but missed the chopped onion and then again not quite the real thing. The aguas frescas (fresh fruit-made water) were not really fresh but rather a concentrate or a commercial tamarind/guava juice. Might go back but I am still looking for a place with real Mexican food. The thing I was hoping to find: Mexican Breakfasts (Barbacoa, Divorced eggs, pozole, sweet bread, hot chocolate, tamales, enfrijoladas...hey wait, that might be the start of something here!)
Service was good, but sometimes hard to find someone to order exta drinks.
The guacamole was very good. I would not call it guacamole but more of a homemade salsa.
