My family and i always enjoyed eating here but not anymore. The last 2 times we went to swiss chalet it was terrible. The waitress was very rude to us, my parents order salads and they never came. The waitress said she forgot about them. The chicken was so dried out it was very hard to eat. We will not be going back. Terrible service!!!!!
My husband I ate in Dec 23, 2017. Service was okay. Our server was run off his feet. He did well considering the amount of people he had to look after. we ordered 2, 1/4 chicken dark meat. Twice in 3 months the chicken legs were not cooked enough and was sent back. Too pink. We have always loved the chicken so tender and falling off the bone. Not so. Will never go there again. Never like the atmosphere.
I just called to place a delivery order it took 25 mins to place order they r very rude I had to call back cuzthey refused to give me my total never order ahain
Placed an online Order. I was at the pick up window at time it said it would be ready. Restaurant did not have my order ready. When I checked my order from 20 mins before your website indicated it was still processing. Not impressed. Had to wait another 10 mins
