We envisioned building a deck in our slopes backyard, and discussed how we could make this happen with Frank. He came in with his experience and knowledge, and within less than the time estimated, they completed an amazing deck that blew us away. Amazing craftsmanship and very thorough work. They’ve created exactly what we wanted and more, great work!
I hired Capco to rebuild my patio and walkway, put new wood fencing around my deck and patio and fix up my gazebo and shed. I absolutely love everything they did! Frank at Capco is a true professional with exceptional customer service and great attention to detail. What I really liked is how fast this large job was done and the guys in his crew were all great and hardworking. I have a number of indoor projects to do over the next few years and will definitely call Capco to do all my work!

Frank is very pro...
Frank is very prompt and his company provides great service and timely service. I inherited the prior owner's deck and Capco Construction has made a number of repairs which strengthened the deck and made it sturdier. If Frank says he's going to attend for a quote, he's always on time. He will provide a quote and ensure he falls within the quote or advise you in advance of any adjustments to the quote. All in all, it's been a good experience hiring Capco Construction.

Hired Capco to bu...
Hired Capco to build a mudroom addition to our home. They had provided us a quote including priming, painting etc however in the end stated that this was a mis print and they would not be providing this after all. I ended up having to do this myself with additional money, did not receive reimbursement from company. The finishing work of drywall was ok, not professional at all. Many spots of drywall tape are still visible. Also got quoted with clean up of debris from worksite and this was not honoured, I ended up being charged an additional $150.00 for dump fees. Capco and I had discussed small details of the addition and upon presenting them with the blueprints from the engineer he was unable to communicate to me that our ideas and the blueprints did not match, until it was too late to change. The addition was well done however finishing was not. I am very happy with the structural work that was done as well as the front landing portion of the addition.
Hi Kyle, Thanks for your review but in all fairness the $150.00 for the dump fee was due to the fact that you asked to have us
bring all your interlocking brick to the dump which was not part of our original contract. This was explained to you before we did
the extra work. We also compensated for the painting and priming by doubling the original size of the deck at no extra cost to you.
As for the mud & taping we made sure it was to your satisfaction prior to us leaving the job and you were satisfied with what was done.
You had no issues with the finished product or anything else when you made your final payment. As with all of our clients we always
ask if everything is done to satisfaction prior to final payment and again neither you or your wife had any issues with anything.
You both were satisfied and made your final payment.

Wonderful Work
Capco just finished putting up a fence for us and it's wonderful. It turned out better than I could have imagined. The work was very professionaly done, it was efficient and just fantastic. The workers were very friendly and respectful. They got the job done quickly and done with quality. We love our new fenced in yard!!! Could not be happier. We will definatley be using Capco again for anything we need. thank you so much!!!

BEAUTIFUL NEW BACKYARD OASIS!
This past spring , Capco Construction was involved in a complete backyard makeover on our property. They tore down an old, ailing fence and replaced it with a beautiful new fence, they built us a fabulous cedar deck that drops us down onto our new pool patio and surrounds our new hottub, and constructed a beautiful gazebo on one corner of our new deck so we could enjoy our new oasis no matter what the weather. All aspects of dealing with Capco went smoothly...Mary Lou was available to arrange our site visit right away, Frank came to chat to us about our plans the same day and we had our quote for the project within 48 hours of Frank's visit to our home. The work started on time, was completed quickly and efficiently and most importantly on budget! We made some "on-the-fly" design changes to the deck and Frank and his team were completely flexible when it came to these minor alterations. The gazebo they built for us has become one of our favorite spots on the deck...we have had many dinners this summer on the deck during rain and thunderstorms and have remained perfectly dry the whole time! Mary Lou, Frank, and the rest of the Capco team are friendly, hard working, honest and efficient, we enjoyed every minute of having them on our property! We look forward to having them back soon for all of our renovation needs! Capco comes highly recommended by The Costains!

great work and very fast
I had CAPCO put in a fence for me at my residence. The responded quickly to all inquires, addressed all my issues, and were friendly and knowledgeable. My fence turned out beautiful and was done in no time.

Capco Construction is an AWESOME company!
I had a fence put in by Capco Construction! They were amazing to deal with and I am SO HAPPY with the overall project. I am looking into replacing a deck and siding and without hesitation I will be calling CAPCO for both jobs. If anyone is looking for any jobs to be done I HIGHLY recommend Capco Construction!
