went their twice in one week. both times rec'd the wrong order twice complained to the manager. twice she was rude and dismissed my complaint, bec they "were busy " emailed head office, promising to send coupons to correct the issue. Nothing was ever sent. now I know where the staff get the attitude, if the head office can't even fulfill their promises
For a 24 hour restaurant they certainly arent open 24 hrs very often...and ya cant quite seem to get anything right
I just spent 30 minutes in the drive through line at McDonalds on Trunk Rd and was not served any food. When it was my turn to place an order they turned out the lights with 10 people in line behind me. I was not given any explanation until someone said that McDonalds is now closed. I could not move forward or back up so I had to wait until the 4 cars ahead of me paid and received their food before I could leave. A staff member quickly came on the speaker and said quickly that they are closed.
Gone through drivethru about 6 times total past year they've forgotten something every time.
I was left standing for 10 minutes or more waiting just to have my order taken. In addition to that I ordered meal to go and the storefront attendant brought it to me on a tray to eat in and was rude to me when I told her it was supposed to be to go. And to top that all off I didn't even receive everything I ordered. I was short one Mcdouble (like a mac) and the fry boxes were no where near full. Worst experience at any McDonald's I've ever been to!! Brutal!!
