I was going to receive a car in January 2024 .The day before of delivery ,I received email and call that there is ticket on my license plate and needs to be paid before registration.
I did not agree because first I had to check about this ticket with City of Toronto.
I advised them that I will not pay and I have to check first.
But they did not listen to me and paid the ticket against my consent and against my warnings.
They even did not give me time to check this ticket with City of Toronto.
Amazing service and great environment. All staff were nice and helpful and customer service is their priority. One of the staff, Alex, was great help and made sure I leave satisfied. highly recommend.
My car has some issues with yellow light coming on. I called in to get an appointment. They were very accommodating. Ended up my car needed some type of electronic sensor and it was covered under warranty. #$%
