Bradshaw did my main bathroom a few years ago and not only did an excellent job but stood behind their work. Their expertise in design and willingness to work together to create a masterpiece made the experience enjoyable and fun. I am now putting a bathroom in my basement and will only use Bradshaw to create it for us. I also use them for all my plumbing issues and they respond promptly amd efficiently. They are definitely a 10!
Bradshaw has been in the plumbing and bathroom renovation for many years. From my experience they strive to provide the best possible customer experience whether they are servicing a plumbing call or helping a customer with a bathroom renovation in-store. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they genuinely care about the customer's satisfaction.
I called them for replacing my shower unit. It cost me $50 service charge for them to come here and tell me about the complexity of the job. So my advice, make sure you know whether it's a home renovation or just plumbing stuff before you call them.
