Yuqi Liu greeted us when we first entered the store; we were very happy with her customer service & knowledge. She sought out other staff if we had questions she was unsure of. When we decided on our purchase, she introduced us to Gimara Al Bek who was most helpful in fabric selection and room layout. We would definitely recommend both of these women to other shoppers. And, we were quite surprised to learn Yuqi had been in her role only a few weeks as she presented herself as well experienced.

My fiance and I went to lazy boy Scarborough JAMIL was the one who helped us . He was very knowledgeable and treated us amazing , he explains every furniture very detailed from what’s it made of to even lifting all the chairs and showing us the underneath to show quality . He also tried he’s hardest to get it delivered asap and he got it done . He does not judge anyone we felt very comfortable with him .

Our salesperson (Miriam) was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. She gave me space to just browse without hovering over me. She was also very helpful when my husband and I returned to the store to make our purchase.
Lazy boy staff were very accommodating in expediting the delivery of a recliner. The staff (Bob) was quite pleasant to deal with and was knowledgeable about their product.
Jamil is outstanding -he is attentive and very helpful. He was a delight to have assist us with our purchase. We will definitely recommend him . Also, we want to mention that Wendy the interior designer was a pleasure to work with, she is knowledgeable and very accommodating. She is very patient, she listened and provided solutions so we could choose the best option for our unique space.
