Alice provided excellent service and attended to my needs promptly. She guided me through the available options and assisted me in selecting a stunning tennis bracelet. The friendly and efficient service at the store made the process of finding a nice gift very easy.

This review is based upon my ex to date with Obsessions Jewellery out of Scarborough and its sales person Cynthia.I had ordered a Hamilton watch prices at $700 from this store as it was the model that I felt my daughter would like.It arrived before Christmas and was a gift.When my daughter opened it,there was no movement.Cynthia did not follow on the original promises that she made to call back and replace the watch.She then proceeded to twist her story around after I had to track her down.

I have a generally excellent involvement in your organization due to your very capable representative name Alice. I will continue to return as this is my third time purchasing from your store.

Horrible Store- DO NOT SHOP HERE (read other reviews)

We purchased a gold necklace there 6 months ago from Obsession Jewellers that has since fallen apart- I don't mean broke, I mean, fallen apart into pieces. The staff was incredibly rude, asked my daughter to move, to not speak to other customers (who were complaining about their own broken products). We know from another jeweller that it is a manufacturing default. Instead of trying to work with us, they yelled at my daughter and refused to give the manager's information.
