Slow getting the bill, but fast getting the food. Soup is great. Spring rolls are fantastic. Price for a small bowl of soup and spring rolls is cheaper than eating at home. The place is small and gets crowded and noisy, but I don't go there to see the other people....I go there for the food. If you like spicy, try P22.
