It all began almost 8 years ago, when our family had to move from Mississauga to London and that day still haunts us.
It was a rainy day and we were not in the best of the time financially as we had an eviction notice and it was the last day to move out. We called the movers, who showed up 4 hours late at around 3pm, took almost 6 hours to load for a small 2 bedroom basement which could have been just 2 hours.
When we reached London, they demanded $500 extra for unloading the stuff claiming, it costed them more. We were in no situation to pay anything extra and they left all our stuff right outside our house in the middle of a rainy night.
