They are very terrible. I hired them for doing my flooring. they took almost one month to send the material. Then they give me date for installation . I took two days off from work and no body shows at the day of installation. I tried to contact owner. He didn’t pick my call. When I went to his shop next day. He assure they definitely gonna come next week. Again I took two day off from work and guess what they didn’t show up again. When I ask for refund I paid for installation he refuse.

Stay away very unprofessional

Queen Kitchen, Bath & Flooring replaced my Kitchen cupboards and Counter Top at my bungalow in Scarborough during the summer of 2020.They did a beautiful custom job with white cupboards and black galaxy counter tops. They also did a fantastic job on a custom vanity for my bath room. Based on the jobs mentioned above, I highly recommend this company. Mike L

Super quality tiles for my bathroom!! The cuts were straight and the material was very strong during and after installation. Much better than the previous tiles I have bought in the past which easily got damaged. Excellent product & service from start to finish, we will be back for other projects.
