Canadian Tire General Store

Booked a 6:30 appointment. Was told that this would not be a problem, as they are open until 8, and it will only take 30 minutes. Received a text asking if I could come in early. Offered to move the appointment to another night. Their reply was "we will wait for you". Worked until after 6, boosted my vehicle, and headed across town to Louth. Gentleman there informed me that the mechanic had left, as he'd been waiting "hours" for me. No bueno. This store is clown shoes and I do not recommend.

Does not respect appointments and the customer service is non-existent. They do little to nothing to make the customer happy... even when they were responsible for wasting their time.

Had a friend purchase a tent from the welland ace location, the price in the catalog listed it as 84.99 but in store it was listed at 399.99, they honoured it so I went to get myself one at this location (welland ace only had the one in stock) and they wouldn't honour the price. What a solid canadian company. The customer service girl was rude as well, I wish I could give 0 stars.
