Excellent customer service. Very helpful with the multiple shipments I have to send to the USA regularly.

Pam is always cheerful and helpful, and she works hard every day to make sure you get what you want. She has gone above and beyond for me and my small, silly requests, and it has made my life so much easier. I know I can rely on her and it's such a good feeling.

This store has a wonderful lady that runs the store. She is incredibly helpful and goes out of her way to make sure you are able to do everything you need at her store. She will even print the mailing labels for returns for you. I will always use this store!

The owners Pam and Malcolm, work incredibly hard and deliver an exceptional level of service. I have witnessed them deal with absolutely ignorant people arguing over $1 transactions. Yet they always remain professional in their demeanour.

Dear UPS Store, Thank you so much for saving me and bringing me back home after i had left the country without my PR Card. My mother in law had to run to the UPS Store in Stratford to get my PR card sent via overnight express from Canada, Stratford to Germany. She got excellent support, the lady in the store was more the friendly and even called my mother in law at home after the package was picked up form the store. Well done dear UPS lady, a big thank you too you!

Over the past two years I have been in this store at least twice a week for a variety of reasons. Without exception their service and care and attention to quality and detail has been way above what is required. And when this store comes up in conversation around the city everyone else says that their experience was similar.
