Called a taxi to catch the train. Called at 3h30 am to ask them to be at the hotel for 4:45 .. it gave them almost a full hour to make it there and the taxi didn't get here until 5! Totally not impress and will definitely not call them again.
Drivers have poor hygiene and are often rude (not always and not all drivers..) - management is terrible to their employees so maybe that's why many drivers don't care. I called Aaron's, 20 mins went by and they didn't show up so I called another company. Then they both showed up at the same time, and the Aaron's driver got out and angrily confronted me. This was last winter so maybe they have improved since then, but too late they've lost my business. He told me I was 'blacklisted' haha, oh no!
