Buyer beware! This is a low end used car dealership masquerading as a luxury sales and service shop for luxury British vehicles. The sales staff (and especially management) are shady and the service department is inept. There are other independent shops which can service your Jags and Rovers for much greater value and less aggravation.
After selling me a defective part (rim), would not take it back, bringing up different excuses, it tells a lot about the menegment since they let their staff (Sid) to treat customers that way
I had the worst experience, they are all about billing not what best for the customer. I brought my LR3, mentioned there is a leak on the suspension drier. I had taken the cover off for them already. They wanted to run diagnostic anyway for $125. Then I got a call, that they need to change the whole compressor unit for near 2K. When I arrived, the mechanic was pointing to the drier and calling it compressor. The leaking drier cap can be bought for $30-$40, the whole drier for $100, which would f
Birkshire worked patiently with me through a long sales process for an older Jaguar that I know was a small deal for them but was a big deal for me. Then after sale I discovered a couple of issues with the car which they attended to, even though I know a lesser dealer would have sent me away or charged me to sort out.
