I called Atiar Rahman on November 2, 2022 and he told me he will come November 3, 2022 at 1pm. He never showed up, didn’t even call. I finally called him 2:30 PM, didn’t answer. I texted him, what’s going on & I’ve waiting for him, he text me back half an hour later and told me he’s busy. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. God bless you Mr.Atiar and your business.
I called to enquire about dryer repair service. The call taker was very rude and unprofessional; without answering properly he hung up as if he doesn’t care for small business and only cares for commercial/ big business. Terrible service.
I discovered that my Samsung Dryer wasn’t heating up anymore this morning and after some trouble shooting I decided to search for a repair technician who could come in on the same day. Luckily i stumbled upon this gem of a company. Rahman was quick to the point about the potential cause of the problem over the phone and came over later this afternoon. Turned out it was a faulty thermometer. The repair was quick and the price quoted was very reasonable. Would recommend this company any day!
I recently called High Tech Appliance Service to repair my dryer, which was not heating up. He checked inventory for a replacement part and sent a repairman out the same day! They were courteous, friendly and efficient. Excellent service. I highly recommend this company!
I contacted High Tech Appliance Service first time. Their repair guy came immediately the day after. He was friendly and immediately diagnosed the problem as being the washer door lid. It was fixed in less than 25 minutes. His price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend them.
