Shakey's was originally owned by Mike Walton who was known in the hockey world as Mike 'Shakey' Walton Number 16. He played for the Toronto Maple leafs and wona Stanley Cup with them in 1967. As a second career he chose to open a bar in Bloor West Village Called Shakey's Original Bar and Grill.
