Amazing experience dealing with Melanie and Matthew from BREL team. Matthew & Melanie are experts with kind with amazing interpersonal skills. Matthew advised me on what price to list my condo at. He got the professional cleaning done. I was trying to seller the condo earlier privately to save on commission, and tried another listing agent and was unhappy with their lack of effort.
