Think Fitness Studios exudes fun. The moment you walk into the personal training facility in Toronto's Bloor West Village, you're greeted with smiles. From the employees to the clients, everyone is happy. This is no ordinary fitness facility. The reason: media fitness expert and owner Brent Bishop, with his youthful exuberance and best-in-class team of fitness professionals. “I have a passion for making things as personalized as possible,” he says. “I want to unleash and unlock people's potential by changing the way they think about fitness."
After graduating with a kinesiology degree from Simon Fraser University, Brent knocked down one barrier after another. He ran a studio in West Vancouver and another one in California before his journey led him east to Toronto, where he works as an on-air fitness personality and personal trainer with an entrepreneurial drive. Brent started in Mississauga with only one client but thanks to hard work and word-of-mouth, he has built Think Fitness into a thriving business.
