Sergio always knows how to keep our workouts interesting by integrating moves from kickboxing, boxing, muay thai and a variety of core exercises. He also puts a lot of emphasis on stretching after our session, which really has helped increase my flexibility and reduce my recovery time. Highly recommend!
Garbage experience... money hungry company..... got paired with an amateur trainer that thinks by having me in a small run doing cardio equates to muscle gain and weight loss.. He also thinks he is the biggest and baddest trainer in all of the land.... he wishes... No wonder you had to hire a lot of trainers and some of them left this company.
I've been working out with Ben for 2 years. He offers a lot of support and flexibility in his scheduling. He is also attentive towards injurities and gets the right people involved. I've recommended Ben and the team of Your House Fitness to many friends and colleagues, and will continue to do so.

Ben really cares about his clients recovery and helping them achieve their fitness goals. I have a lot of injuries from years of playing sports and not exercising properly and Ben has been great at educating me about what I need to do to recover from my injuries while pushing me hard to improve strength and cardio endurance. I highly recommend him.
