Tried to reach him so many times no answer only evening were able to contact him but it was too late to pick up the vehicle they close at 6 pm told vehicle will be washed
When we went to pick the vehicle next day it was not washed and cleaned .after paying that amount of money this type of service???

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Many glitches and problems with my Jaguar and every time I have visited this dealership it's been a nightmare. Work has not just been handled terribly, messed up, not even done at some points, but my car was also scratched in the process. Calling Jaguar North America does absolutely nothing.
