Waterloo Appliance Service fixed my $500 Electrolux dryer which cost $300 which we agreed to and they did say, it will last you a long time to make me feel better about the big bill. Their service was fine but after 3 months, it had the same problem and died. I called and they said "90 day warranty for parts/ 30 day labour and now too bad". I suggest: Don't ever fix appliances and waste your money, just replace is the best strategy unfortunately.

The customer service from the parts department at Waterloo Appliance can only be described as nothing short of exceptional! I contacted Waterloo Appliance for a replacement oven element. The part was in stock. I was able to pick up and install the very same day. I discovered another issue. Andrew, in parts, answered several calls and even FaceTimed to help me fix the problem, saving me a service call. He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient. I would highly recommend Waterloo Appliance!!!
I ordered a part for my washing machine ($247.90 + HST). The technician arrived on time to install it. After examining the washer, he recommended that the part did not need replacement to address my concern. Rather than suggest a repair on a 9-year old washer, he recommended that I consider replacing the washer at some point in the future. I was very impressed with his approach.
