    I bought a Maytag fridge from Home Depot in 2013. So far they had to replace the first one and repair the next one 3 times when the freezer stopped working. The freezer has once again stopped working and they refuse to cover the expenses for repairs. it has cost 5 days off work 4 full freezers of food and an unpredictable service mechanic which they won't take any responsibility for. I don't feel this is what costumer service is about. Whirlpool it seems is the parent company.

    I am trying to find a replacement oven door gasket for my whirlpool range. The American woman that I spoke to when I phoned the Whirlpool Canada service line was rude and dismissive, telling me that my range was 17 years old and they did not make the part any longer. I asked her if there was an equivalent Universal gasket (as there are many, but I was hoping Whirlpool might have a sniff what number I could look for). She told me that she had no idea, I should try calling around to part stores.

    I have a terrible experience after a failure of a kitchenaid muixer. I have the feeling that they do not read the messages, do not answer the calls, 1 hour waiting time to get someone, automatic switchboard does not work, when someone is on the line the voice s terribly weak, if by chance you start the dialog, the answer is most of the time, send a photo or a message, but when you do so two days later after waiting 45 minutes: we cannot open the files sen another one.People are cool anyway

    Customer service is non-existent

    I have been trying, without any success, to arrange a service call for a Whirlpool WMH76719CS microwave. On two separate occasions, service calls were scheduled. The first was with a company in the 613 area code. They had to re-schedule but after a week of trying to call I gave up. The second was with Dependable Appliances in Omeemee ON. The called at 10:12 am but I was in the shower. I called back at 10:24 am, 12 minutes later, left a message, and haven'T heard back.
